Changed your mind? No problem, you may anytime return or exchange your order within 14 days of the delivery. To initiate the return process, contact our customer support center, and we’ll guide you through. The package must be returned with unworn and securely placed jewelry via “Cargo Mode” and not via “DHL” mode. You are requested to enclose a “Sales Return letter” along with the original invoice. Customer is liable for the insuring the return shipment.
Also, in case the customer doesn’t like the product due to any reason, all the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer. Whereas, if the product is damaged or in a bad state, Metarock Jewels will bear all the return shipping expenses.
*Any worn, damaged and customized jewelry will not be accepted.
We will provide a full refund of your order within 7 days of receiving the product. The amount will be refunded by any mode you prefer- PayPal or Bank Transfer. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
